Pedagogy in Practice

A new chapter of collaborative learning and professional excellence began today at International Delhi Public School, Ghou Manhasan, with the successful commencement of our special teacher training initiative, “Pedagogy in Practice".
The first day witnessed inspiring presentations by the Hindi, Science, and Information Technology (IT) Departments. Teachers from Kindergarten to Grade IX showcased their innovative teaching methodologies, classroom strategies, and student-centred approaches, highlighting how meaningful learning can be created through effective pedagogy.
The session provided a wonderful platform for educators to observe, reflect, and learn from one another. Each presentation reflected creativity, dedication, and a commitment to enhancing classroom practices, making the experience enriching and professionally rewarding for everyone present.
Pedagogy in Practice is more than a training programme—it’s a journey of continuous learning, collaboration, and educational excellence. By sharing best practices across departments, we are empowering our teachers to grow together and create more engaging, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences for every child.
